What to Expect

1. Consultation & Prep

  • You’ll have a quick consultation to go over your goals (skin health, muscle recovery, energy, etc.).

  • Remove makeup, lotions, or sunscreen on areas to be treated for best light penetration.

  • You’ll be given protective goggles to wear.

2. The Session

  • You’ll lie in front of a full panel of red and near-infrared LED lights.

  • The panels cover your entire body, so multiple areas are treated at once.

  • Sessions usually last 20-30 minutes, depending on your goals and skin sensitivity.

  • The lights are bright but painless—most people describe it as soothing warmth.

3. After the Session

  • No downtime—you can go right back to your day.

  • Some people feel relaxed and energized immediately.

  • Over time, consistent sessions can help improve:

    • Skin tone & collagen production

    • Muscle recovery & circulation

    • Reduced inflammation & joint pain

    • Fat Burning

    • Better sleep and energy

4. Frequency

  • For best results, many start with 2–4 sessions per week for the first month, then maintain with 1–2 sessions weekly.
